Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Courses are designed for children; a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at enrollment. Full refund before the second live session; pro-rated after.

• Tuition covers instruction time, platform access, and specified materials where applicable.
• Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the remaining sessions excluding completed ones.
• Chargebacks without prior contact may lead to account suspension pending resolution.

Behavior

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, or unsafe sharing of personal information.

• Use appropriate language and collaborate constructively with peers and instructors.
• Do not share login credentials or private meeting links with others.
• Follow the instructor’s guidance on microphone, camera, and chat use.

Acceptable Use

• No reverse engineering or attempting to bypass platform security.
• No uploading malware, copyrighted material without rights, or unlawful content.
• No data scraping or automated account creation.
• Respect others’ intellectual property when collaborating on projects.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We may reschedule a session due to instructor illness or force majeure; a make-up session or credit will be offered.
• Student-initiated cancellations require 24 hours’ notice for make-up eligibility where possible.
• Failure to attend without notice may be marked as a completed session.

Content & IP

Students own their projects; we may request permission to showcase with consent.

Privacy & Safety

• Parents/guardians approve all communication channels for learners under 18.
• We moderate classroom spaces; recordings (if enabled) are stored securely and access-controlled.
• We minimize personal data collection and retain it only as long as necessary.
• Manage cookies & privacy preferences

Parental/Guardian Responsibility

• Ensure the learner has an appropriate workspace and device for online classes.
• Supervise online participation consistent with the child’s age and maturity.
• Review and consent to third-party tools used in certain courses where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms to improve the service. We will notify account holders.
